When Tracking Your Order, Please Keep this in Mind:

• When your Order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@waterestore.com with your tracking number.
• Depending on the product ordered, this e-mail could take up to 7 business days, if it takes longer we will contact you. 
• Orders for multiple products may be shipped from different locations and will arrive on different days.
• Tracking Numbers don’t instantly update with Available Delivery Status, it may take a few days to work in the order tracker.
• If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Tracking should be updated within a few business days, please check back then.
• Depending on the destination and the product, your order may take 5 to 30 business days to be delivered. 
• Once you receive the tracking number email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.

2. Enter Your Tracking Number provided from your Shipping Confirmation Email into the Box on the 17 Track website

3. Click the “Track” Button on the 17 Track website
